The Paprika comes from America and it is used around the world. It is a powder seasoning of red colour and characteristic flavour obtained from the drying and grinding of certain varieties of red peppers. It brings a very special touch in the dishes to which it is added such as rice, paellas, potatoes, sausage or "Pulpo a la Gallega".
Coming from peppers without tails and pips, ground. It provides a shade to the foods that are incorporated, besides the flavour and characteristic aroma.
